How does the automatic tracking work? +

Reverie continuously polls your active Spotify playback in the background. If you listen to a song for long enough without skipping, it captures its internal audio features (tempo, valence, energy) and logs it into your profile.

Where does the "Aura" or "Mood" come from? +

We use an algorithmic breakdown of the Spotify track features. For example, high valence and high energy result in a "Euphoric / Hyped" mood, while low energy and low valence map to a "Melancholic" mood. These are then aggregated into your Aura card.

Is my manual journal private? +

Absolutely. Your daily diary text goes straight into the database and is never shared, parsed for machine learning, or analyzed. It's for your eyes only.

How do I delete my data? +

You can permanently delete your entire account, reading history, and journal logs straight from the My Aura / Settings page. Due to privacy constraints, this action is irreversible.
